1.3. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
2.1. At Aarnavika, we guarantee that all sarees are handcrafted using the finest materials.
2.2. Slight variations in color, weave, or texture may occur due to the handmade nature of our products. These variations are not considered defects but a hallmark of authenticity.
3.1. All prices listed on the website are in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2. Payments must be made in full at the time of order placement. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
3.3. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.
3.4. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent transactions.
4.1. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
4.2. Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of order placement. Beyond this period, orders cannot be canceled as they enter the processing stage.
5.1. Returns are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.
5.2. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after verification of the returned product.
5.3. Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.
6.1. All content, including designs, logos, images, and descriptions, belongs to Aarnavika. Reproduction or distribution without permission is strictly prohibited.
7.1. Aarnavika is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our website or services.
8.1. These terms are governed by the laws of Bengaluru. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Bengaluru.
