4.1. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your delivery in real time.
5.1. If your package arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the damaged items.
5.2. Lost shipments will be investigated, and a replacement or refund will be provided as per our discretion.
